Update on BALSA Aspera server outage:
Our data storage vendor has updated the ETA for the fix to our filesystem to be completed on next Sunday November 30. We are experiencing a major filesystem outage that is affecting all downloads from BALSA that require the Aspera server (all imaging package and large zip files downloads from ConnectomeDB powered by BALSA – HCP-YA, HCP-YA Retest, AABC).
We will continue to update and announce on hcp-users when downloads are working again.
