Lifespan QC Issues Wiki, including Anatomical anomalies now available

We are happy to announce release of a Lifespan QC Issues Wiki page that more fully explains each QC Issue code used in the Completeness CSVs (linked below) and offers more information/images on subjects with Anatomical anomalies. 

Issue codes for all Lifespan 2.0 release subjects are available by project in the QC_Issue_Codes column:
