BALSA Download issue (Aging adults dataset)

I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing because I need to download the HCP Aging Brain dataset for my research, but I’m currently unable to access it, even though my profile meets all of the listed requirements. I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue.
I’ve already contacted the curators but haven’t received a response yet. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end to help resolve this.
