Checking Back in v.2.1.0 Connectome Workbench macOS

Hello,

I’m writing to check back in regarding the status of v.2.1.0 of Connectome Workbench for MacOS?  I know that previously it was said that there were hopes of getting it back up and running for the new year, so I thought I’d check in to see if there’s any status update!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we continue to experience significant problems with Apple's “code signing” that is required for distribution of Connectome Workbench outside of Apple’s App Store.  Going through the App Store is not possible due to overly restrictive file access limitations imposed on software by Apple.

I don’t want to be overly pessimistic, but I am unable to provide any estimate of when, or even if,  an updated version of Connectome Workbench will be available for macOS.  If we cannot get Apple’s code signing working, we might have to look at an alternative such as something like MacPorts.org.
