Issues registering a BALSA account

Hi,

I'm having some issues registering a BALSA account. Username, email (using an institution email), and password had the green check, but "password (again)" is showing up as red, even though the passwords are identical.

I've tried this in different browsers and with/without private mode with cache cleared. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you copy and paste your password? If so, try typing it in both instead. If it is still not working, let us know.
