Dear Experts,
I have a GIFTI file (.gii) which is the timeseries of some fMRI data on the cortex of a hemisphere.
I would like to spatially smooth it. I know it’s possible to smooth CIFTIs with
wb_command -cifti-smoothing, but does anyone know a way to smooth a GIFTI while respecting the tissue boundaries?
Thank you,

wb_command -metric-smoothing could have been called wb_command -gifti-smoothing
Matt.
