internal server error when I download the data

Dear HCP team,

I can't download the data from (https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/template/Index.vm)  via IBM Aspera  Connect. I get "internal server error"): I assume this is because of the storage event -> is it possible for you to give a rough approximation for when the retest data will be downloadable again?

Hi Claire,

On top of all the other issues we've had with the file server and tranfering storage servers, one of our critical staff is transitioning off the project this week. Therefore estimating when everything will be back up has been tricky. We hope in the next couple of weeks.
