Dear experts,
In HCP –YA database there is the following GIFTI parcellation file:
…/subNum/MNINonLinear/fsaverage_LR32k/subNum.L.aparc.32k_fs_LR.label.gii
I would like to use it for the BALSA database but can’t find it. Does it exist in BALSA database? In which directory?

Individual imaging-related files are not available for download currently in BALSA -- only the zip packages.
There are no "directories" for you to navigate as a user.

We may have only included the .dlabel.nii CIFTI file. We don’t in general recommend that parcellation though because gyri and sulci don’t map well onto brain areas, functional networks, and white matter tracts.
