Dear all,

We met errors while running IcaFixBatchProcessing.sh using either single-run or multi-run FIX:

Followed conversations named "Debugging ICAfix batch pre-processing output" who had the similar errors as we do, we have tried to update the HCPPipelines to version 4.3.0, and also tried the commands mentioned in the conversations and still have same errors. Those cleaned files have never been generated and we are stuck.

Based on a quick look, I can’t tell if the problem is the customizations that you’ve added to the Batch script have broken something, or if there is some version incompatibility with your R setup.

I’d first try running using the Batch file template in the 4.3.0 release.  You’ll need to set the variables in that correctly, but please don’t make other customizations.

Cheers,

-MH

Also as described in the FSL FIX website you need to check the R and matlab logfiles for any errors related to “No valid labelling file specified.”
