Access to PTN netmats data on new BALSA platform

 Hi,

 I'm trying to access the HCP1200 Parcellation + Timeseries + Netmats data. The old ConnectomeDB download links are broken and I can't find this group-level data on the new BALSA platform. Is the PTN zip available for download somewhere, or has it been deprecated in favor of the 2025 reprocessed data? If so, is there an equivalent group-level netmats package for the 2025 release? My BALSA username is autometricalabs.

Hi Alex,

We aren't distributing the PTN dataset from July 2017 on BALSA because the processing and connectivity scripts used for that analysis are out of date. We plan to produce a modern replacement but haven't had the chance yet with our other projects going.

If you obtained AWS access keys before ConnectomeDB was shutdown, the PTN data is still available in the hcp-openaccess/HCP_Resources/GroupAvg/ folder.

We also are working on implementing AWS key (re)generation in BALSA in the next couple of months.
