Hi,
I have only one blip AP file for distortion correction. Most discussions seem to assume the presence of a pair AP and PA.

Is one blip AP file enough to use in the HCP pipelines? What would be the correct way to do it? Thanks

Ruben

Is this spin echo or gradient echo EPI?  Do you have a high res T2w scan?

Matt.

With gradient echo you cannot correct it accurately.
