Call for Papers - New Collection on Neuroimaging Biomarkers in Nature Schizophrenia

Dear HCP Colleagues,

I am excited to announce the launch of a topical collection on Nature Portfolio Collection for the journal Schizophrenia special issue titled “Neuroimaging Biomarkers in Psychotic Disorders”.

As a Guest Editor of this collection along with Dr. Kun Yang, I invite you and your teams to submit your research for consideration. We welcome submissions that explore:

• Reproducibility of neuro-phenotype (brain-behavior) associations 
• The role of neuroimaging in mechanistic and pharmacological studies 
• Longitudinal imaging and the importance of temporal dynamics in disease mechanisms 
• Integrating multimodal data to advance neural markers of disease 
• The emerging role of AI in defining neuroimaging markers of psychotic disorders 

Nature Schizophrenia is a fully Open Access journal, ensuring that your work will be widely

accessible to researchers, policymakers, and the general public.

Submission deadline: 24 November 2026.
