Glasser Atlas location and Download

Dear Dr. Glasser,

I am looking for a specific atlas from your publication: "A multi-modal parcellation of human cerebral cortex" (Nature 536, 171–178, 2016).

We are specifically seeking the HCP Multi-Modal Parcellation version 1.0 (HCP-MMP1.0) GIFTI label files in fsLR-32k surface space for both hemispheres.

Key details:

• Format: GIFTI label (.label.gii), not volumetric NIfTI and not a CIFTI dlabel
• Surface space: HCP fsLR 32k (32,492 vertices per hemisphere)
• Purpose: whole-brain integer label array — one label ID per cortical vertex — to parcellate surface-mapped eigenvectors
• 180 regions per hemisphere, 360 total
• These are normally distributed with the HCP S1200 Group Average data or hosted on BALSA

I have an account on BALSA but could not find it there.

Could you please provide these files or direct me to where they can be downloaded?

You should be able to create .label.gii yourself via 

wb_command -cifti-separate  Q1-Q6_RelatedValidation210.CorticalAreas_dil_Final_Final_Areas_Group_Colors_with_Atlas_ROIs2.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii COLUMN \
-label CORTEX_LEFT left.label.gii
