Hello there!

I'm wondering if you've had any experience with a recon-all error like the following. I can confirm that  autodet.gw.stats.lh.dat doesn't exist anywhere within the subject's folder(s), so I'm not sure where it is supposed to be produced. I have just changed from Freesurfer/6.0.1 to Freesurfer/7.4.1 and I wonder if this could be the issue.

Any ideas? I will also ask the Freesurfer mailing list!

The error is as follows:

The HCP pipelines don’t currently support FS7.X due to issues with surface placement.

Matt.
