I hope it is OK to ask for help her, for workbench 2.0.0. I am not very far in learning about brain anatomy.

Just beginning to use the HCP tutorial for the workbench, but the information window of the workbench does not appear to act as in the tutorial.(I have it in the overlay toolbox.) The help screen says this is deprecated, so maybe it is not being supported in version 2.0.0.

Using macbook pro, silicon, Ventura 13.6. On page 15 of tutorial PDF, I have the same image (figure 7) as the tutorial. The tutorial says “click on the surface within this patch over area MT”. When I click, either no white “bubbles" appear, or some appear but not where I click, or several appear at once. It never happens that a white bubble appears where I click. Also, the info chart says “CIFTI data loading”. Do I need additional data to make this work?

Is there a tutorial specifically for version 2?

Thanks

Hi Steven,
The HCP-Users list is exactly where we'd like for you to ask for help. We have not (yet) made a tutorial for v2.0.0. The v1.5.0 tutorial loads correctly and should generally work, although we welcome reports of any issues you encounter.

Best,
Jenn
