I hope this email finds you well. I am attempting to download files from the BALSA platform using Aspera Connect. Unfortunately, the transfer consistently fails due to a connection error, and I am writing to seek your guidance and support. Please note that this error has been occurring since yesterday, while all downloads were consistently successful before. Please find the log information attached for your reference.
