Hi all,

I plan on using the HCP 7T data to run probabilistic tractography, using a MSMT-CSD model in Mrtrix3. It is my understanding that Mrtrix3 does not handle gradient deviation files in fitting the CSD model, such as the grad_dev.nii.gz file provided with the 7T diffusion data.

Given this, I'm wondering whether it is acceptable to not correct for this, and proceed with my tractography pipeline as planned. Is this a significant concern, particularly in 7T data, that I should address before running tractography? If so, how would you suggest I go about doing so.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Ranesh

I would ask the Mrtrix3 developers about this.

Matt.
