Does HCP pipeline include slice timing correction for fMRI?

Yes, if you enable legacy processing. Slice timing correction is not recommended for fast TR data (TR less than or equal to 1s) because it is ill-defined in the setting of head motion (temporally interpolating from the wrong spatial location) and won't make much difference anyway. If the subject does not move, it is an okay thing to do and may be beneficial in legacy data with a slow TR.
