Error in Downloading Data

Hello all,

I'm new here and I was trying to download data from here. I clicked on "Download Group Average Dataset", but it kept giving me the error message "Internal server error"(see attachment). I have installed the Aspera extension but it did not help. 

By the way, is there a tutorial on downloading the dataset from command line?

Updates:

I diagnosed the Aspera connect. The transfer test is fine but it also says "Your version of Connect may not be compatible with your browser". I tried three different browsers but none of them works.

There is ongoing work on the infrastructure of connectomedb, which may be preventing aspera downloads.  The s3 data should be available, but I'm not sure if it has the group average dataset on it.

The group average data is unfortunately not on Amazon S3, but all the individual 3T and 7T data is there. I'm hoping that the aspera server will be back within the coming week.
