Hi all,

I am plotting a metric file (.func.fii) overlaying on a surface, and I didn't find where to set my own color palette, looks like we can not make any adjustment to the existing palette (other than set the threshold in the GUI)?

Besides, when we export the figures, any chance we can export the svg or pdf version for future editing?

Thank you in advance!

wb_view doesn't support custom palettes currently.  There are several predefined palettes to choose from, and you can adjust the min/max to improve the contrast.

wb_view renders raster images, so svg isn't an obvious format for them.  You can export as png for putting into papers, and you can save the wb_view setup (including annotations) as a scene file for easier editing in wb_view at a later time.  We also use scene files to upload the data used in figures to balsa.wustl.edu.
