An impending BALSA password reset email

To all BALSA users:

This email is a heads-up that if you have an account on the BALSA database, you will soon receive a request to reset your password. This request is legitimate; it arises because BALSA has just transitioned to a new authentication system backend and cannot simply transfer existing passwords for current users.
