How to get group-average rfMRI Connectivity data

Hi HCP experts,

How can I access the group-averaged rfMRI connectivity data described in the HCP S900 document (www.humanconnectome.org/documentation/S900/820_Group-average_rfMRI_Connectivity_December2015.pdf), or possibly the newer S1200 version? Earlier documentation points to download links on ConnectomeDB, but I cannot find these files on the current BALSA download page.

Hi Chenye,

We aren't distributing the PTN dataset including the group-averaged rfMRI connectivity data from July 2017 on BALSA because the processing used for that analysis is out of date. We plan to produce a modern replacement but haven't had the chance yet with our other projects going.

If you obtained AWS access keys before ConnectomeDB was shutdown, the older PTN data is still available in the hcp-openaccess/HCP_Resources/GroupAvg/ folder.

We also plan to implement AWS key (re)generation in BALSA in the next couple of months so you will be able to access it after that.
