Hi,

I am testing some motion correction algorithms, and want to use the output of those into HCP preprocessing pipelines. Is it possible to switch-off the motion correction step, since I already did it?

Thanks,

Ruben

You would need to modify the pipeline.  I would recommend just building a motion correction module similar to the existing one that produces similar outputs and slotting into the HCP Pipelines in the same way.  That would allow you to take advantage of the one-step resampling performed in the HCP Pipelines.

Matt.
