HCP S1200 Atlas + Individual Maps Released

We are pleased to announce that a surface-based group average atlas based on S1200 HCP Young Adult subjects is now available as a reference dataset on BALSA:
The dataset is recommended for analyzing and comparing your own experimental data in relation to reference atlas data and is compatible with Connectome Workbench.

The dataset includes:
1) Group-average structural and functional (task) MRI data (7 tasks, 86 contrasts) (HCP_S1200_GroupAvg_BALSA.scene, ID: D4w0w)

2) Selected individual-subject anatomical maps (myelin, thickness, curvature, sulc, midthickness vertex area) for each of the 1096 subjects having at least 1 rfMRI run (HCP_S1200_Individuals_BALSA.scene, ID: kNzvk)

3) Several cortical parcellations to be used for comparison and determining cortical localization.

Best,
HCP Consortium
