Hi,

Where can I found documentation or information about multi-echo functionalities if any of HCP pipelines.

It exists but isn’t well documented.  Basically, we put the effort in to develop it only to find that optimized single echo was better.  Multi-echo fMRI awaits new technologies like head only scanners with strong gradients or things like EPTI/TIDY fMRI.
