Hello,
My download was working fine until last night, today there's no "download option anymore" (HCP-Aging), although obviously my system meets all requirements with aspera connect & the plugin.
Is there any general system problem, or can you help with this?
thanks
Giulia

Dear HCP Data Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m working with the HCP Aging dataset and would
like to clarify the nature of the CIFTI files available for the fMRI data.
Could you confirm whether the CIFTI files contain resting-state fMRI time
series data (such as .dtseries files) or if they are Imaging-Derived
Phenotypes (IDPs) with one value per voxel or region?

I want to ensure we’re accessing the correct files for our analysis, which
requires the full resting-state time series.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,
Yasaman

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m writing because I need to download the HCP Aging Brain dataset for my
research, but I’m currently unable to access it, even though my profile
meets all of the listed requirements. I would really appreciate your
assistance with this issue.

I’ve already contacted the curators but haven’t received a response yet.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end to
help resolve this.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best regards,
Yasaman

You can try a different browser.  The Aspera plugin seems to have issues with some browsers.

I believe we had a filesystem outage for part of today (possibly starting last night) so that might have been what you ran into. Try again and post if you are still having issues.

Best,
Jenn

Hi Gianpaolo and Giulia,
We had file system issues and maintenance the last couple of days and had to restart the Aspera server post fix. Downloads should be working now.

Best,
Jenn

Good morning,

has the issue been solved? I was also trying to download the Aging Adult dataset. The transfer was working correctly until yesterday afternoon (almost half of the preprocessed resting-state was downloaded), then it stopped and I have not been able to resume it since. Aspera keeps showing "Connecting" but the download doesn't start.

Thank you,
Gianpaolo
