fMRI image reconstruction in 2025 release

I have a question about the image reconstruction algorithms. According to the documentation, two different algorithms (r177 and r227) were used to reconstruct the fMRI data. However, Appendix III of the 2025 release does not mention these algorithms.
Could you please confirm whether it is still recommended to analyze the data separately for each reconstruction algorithm when using the 2025 release?

Yes, it is something to still keep in mind at least, since the spatial smoothness of the different recon algorithms is slightly different (and the 2025 release doesn't change anything regarding the original recons).
