Dear all,

I am currently using HCPpipelines to process structural MRI and fMRI data on my Ubuntu workstation. I would like to ask if there are any recommended approaches or supported configurations to make greater use of GPU resources during structural and fMRI processing steps.
Thank you for your time and support.

Hi,

The structural and functional pipelines do not involve GPUs.

Cheers,
