HCP Dataset Application Inquiry

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the application process for the HCP dataset and seek assistance with a login issue. I would like to confirm whether I need to send my proposed research content to a designated email address for verification.
I registered an account on https://secure.login.gov/zh following the instructions in the NDA document, but I failed to log in after completing the registration. Could you please tell me how to resolve this login problem, or provide the direct procedure for applying for the HCP dataset?

Which HCP dataset are you interested in? HCP Young Adult is available on BALSA and you can register and sign the data use terms there. Other HCP-style datasets (AABC/HCA on BALSA, Lifespan and CRHDs on NDA) are subject to this Presidential Executive Order on transfer of data between countries, including restrictions on transfers to “countries of concern”, including China.
