Hello,
Where can I find the participant's VISMOTOR fMRI task response files for HCP-Aging dataset?

Thanks in advance!

Just wanted to follow-up on this question. Apologies if this should be straightforward but I couldn't locate the task response files for the HCP-Aging dataset. If.it isn't available already, when can I expect it to be available? Thanks!

Hi Poortata,
The in-scanner performance data for VISMOTOR is in the VISMOTOR_HCA{SUBJECT_ID}_V1_A_run1_wide.csv file in the UnprocTfmriVismotor package.
Please see Unprocessed data Section A of Appendix 2: File names & Directory Structure for the exact location.

If you have any questions about the file, Greg Burgess (CC'd) should be able to help.

Best,
Jenn

I had downloaded only processed data and so couldn't locate it. Thank you so much!
