HSPC->Logica List Rename

Hi All,

As part of HSPC's recent rebrand to "Logica Health", we are changing our email accounts and all Google Group lists (such as this) over to the new domain addresses ending "@logicahealth.org" for sending and receiving emails. Please update your email client's filing rules accordingly. :)

This is an org-wide change; the old @hspconsortium.org email alias for this (and all) Google lists/accounts will be removed later this month. Thanks!
