I was looking at the HSPC Ontoserver and noticed we have both the international and Australian snomed systems in it. https://ontoserver.hspconsortium.org/fhir/CodeSystem

Do we want both snomed systems in our Ontoserver?

Might be useful for troubleshooting purposes, but if it’s problematic we can remove it. It *should* be defaulting to international though… I’m pretty sure I tested that it’s obeying that config option correctly.

I think what we want is International and the U.S. extension. HSPC doesn’t need Australian for now.
