A reminder that Hopkinton Annual Town Meeting 2026 will commence Saturday May 2, 2026 9:00 AM.
Annual Town Meeting 2026 will be held at the Hopkinton Middle School Auditorium, 88 Hayden Rowe. The Middle School Auditorium is accessible.
Hopkinton Annual Town Meeting uses an Open Town Meeting form of government, meaning all registered Hopkinton voters have a direct voice and may vote on all warrant articles. Warrant articles may create new bylaws or update existing ones, or they may affect zoning. Annual Town Meeting also sets the budget for the upcoming fiscal year by determining the town's operating budget, as well as capital purchases and projects. Both operating and capital budgets have an impact on the services the town provides, which impacts property taxes.
