Updated Records Request Policy & Procedures

The Health & IT Departments are pleased to announce that most of our property files are now electronically searchable!

PLEASE NOTE: If the property is not in the electronic database please email me at nlar...@hopkintonma.gov with your request. Once your requested file is retrieved an email with the dates and times for you or your representative to review the physical folder will be emailed to you.

Copies are available to be made -(free of charge)
You may take photos with your cell phone
The file will be kept in our office for 7 days

Please Note: our department does not have the capability of scanning huge site plans so you may receive several sections of the plan.
