FY26 Applications Now Available for Senior Means-Tested Property Tax Exemptions – Deadline to Apply is August 1st

Hopkinton Seniors who meet the income eligibility for the Circuit Breaker Tax Credit on their 2024 Massachusetts Income Tax filing are encouraged to apply for the New School Building Construction Projects Property Tax Exemption and the Means-Tested Senior Property Tax Exemption for Circuit Breaker Recipients.

 

Applications must be submitted to the Assessor's Office by August 1^st.
