Please be advised:

The Water Department is actively responding to discolored water reports in the South St, West Main St, and surrounding Lake Maspenock neighborhoods. Crews will be flushing hydrants and responding to reports.

There was no planned water main work or fire flow testing in the area, so the Water Department is investigating potential unauthorized use or water main breaks. Please contact the Water Department at (508) 497-9765 if you have any information.

Customers in this area should:
🚰 Check water before using.
🚰 If you notice brown water, run cold water taps. Let water run until clear, usually 5-10 minutes to flush discolored water.
🚰 Do not do laundry until discolored water is flushed.

More information about water discoloration is available on the Town's website. https://www.hopkintonma.gov/news_detail_T13_R119.php.

We apologize for the inconvencience and appreciate your patience.
