This email is to call your attention to the recently published (2023-Jan-25) NISTIR 8214C ipd: NIST First Call for Multi-Party Threshold Schemes (initial public draft).

Subcategory C2.6 suggests submissions of FHE schemes, and corresponding threshold versions.

The text can still be improved based on feedback from the public (till 2023-Apr-10).
