HomomorphicEncryption.org Standards Meeting September 1-2: Final program and registration deadline approaching

Hi Everyone:
The program for the 5th HomomorphicEncryption.org standards meeting is now final. We have two days packed with content on software tools, hardware acceleration, benchmarking and evaluation, open competitions, industry applications, ISO and NIST standards, and security and precision of HE, and 11 selected posters and demos.
Also, the program features a keynote talk by Prof. Zvika Brakerski on the past, present and future of FHE.
