Notice of Funding Opportunity for County-Administered Federal and State Funds   The County Community Services Department’s Division of Housing and Community Development is pleased to issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to inform eligible organizations of current funding opportunities: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG): Capital Projects  Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA): Development of Affordable Housing Development of Workforce Housing  At-risk Homelessness Assistance Homeownership/Down Payment Assistance Prospective applicants are invited to review the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) posted at https://www.countyofsb.org/494/Housing-Community-Development under "News & Announcements" for detailed information on each funding opportunity, including program requirements, mandatory training information, and application due dates. Attendance by the agency’s director and/or staff directly responsible for program implementation is required at applicant training in order to apply under any of the funding sources identified in this NOFO.
