大細楷及標點符號必須要符合嗎？

即 CHAN, Tai Man(身份證有大寫及標點代表姓氏)
輸入資料時要用CHAN Tai Man / Chan Tai Man / CHAN, Tai Man？
另外籍人士的姓氏都要按香港身份證次序排成姓氏在前嗎？
即姓如為LENNON 名為John (身份證顯示LENNON, John)
即姓如為LENNON 名為John (身份證顯示LENNON, John)
輸入成LENNON, John / Lennon John / John Lennon？
