網上報名編號 in the Excel File & batch payment

Dear Staff, 

May I know 

if I enter the details for the students with 1 excel form, what is the 

1. 網上報名編號? create 1 by myself?

2. Batch  Payment : have to type 1 by 1 the entry fees?  as it is not automatic like in the past

3. How can I know if I am successfully send to the organization

4. Need to send the cheque to the organization in person ?

Dear Member / Teacher,

Please leave it blank.

2. Batch  Payment : have to type 1 by 1 the entry fees?  as it is not automatic like in the past

You may fill in one or more entries in the Excel Template downloadable from the Member's Portal, and import them at once.

3. How can I know if I am successfully send to the organization

When the "Batch" is submitted, it will show you confirmation message.  The "Payment Advice" will be downloadable too (please click the "Bag of money" icon.

4. Need to send the cheque to the organization in person ? 

You may send it by post or in person, please follow the instruction on the "Payment Advice".
