Dear OES admin,

I saw in the videos that every time you submit one 批次  there will be one  付款通知書 which means the school will submit several cheques? Or we can add up the total of several payment slips to make one cheque?

Dear Grace,

Thank you for your question.  We require each Batch to be settled by one cheque.  Should you require to prepare fewer cheque(s), you may use the "轉移報名到其他批次" function in OES to group entries to fewer Batch.  Please refer to Section 5.3 in User Guide.
