請問excel 批次報名表如何選擇性別

早前從系統下載了excel 報名表,  性別 一欄中按箭咀後, 未能見到有任何選項, 請問如何解決?

今年OSE所下戴Excel報名表，必須先填寫地區及項目編號。
填寫出生日期及性別，該項有公式限制年齡和性別。
