Help!! I cannot add new application as the batch deadline was preset to be yesterday

Please help! I saw the enrollment deadline is today 5PM. But when I logged on and added a new batch today I cannot add new enrollment.

Dear Scarlet,

The entry input via "Competitor Portal" cannot be done today, since it's within 24 hours of submission deadline.

Please import your entry via "Member's Portal", Excel file import instead.

Please check and submit the batch(es) to us before deadline today (19/9 at 5pm).
