不能成功新增批次

本人嘗試在測試平台新增批次 (user manual Step 11), 但SAVE後見到成功的pop up box, 不過之後不能在網頁上見到新增的批次資料 (即user manual Step 12), 所以不能繼續報名程序. 請問如何解決?

請你在 section 5.1 的" 批次管理 " 畫面, 點選相關屆數及朗誦/音樂節 (如71屆朗誦節(英文)) 然後按一次搜尋.

次重覆以google chrome及microsoft Edge brower 新增及搜尋, 但仍顯示不到新加資料。無論中英文介面都一樣沒法加批次。請問可否提供協助? 見附圖。

請你於第三幅圖中版面, 嘗試將屆數由 "73" 轉為 "71", 再按搜尋.

謝謝。已做,但仍找不到。如71屆72屆不能增批次，73屆可做到新增步驟但SEARCH不到結果去繼續報名程序。或者我致電你們吧, 謝。
