More Updates and Reminders from the Blue Tyger Office

Greetings from Drasma Blue Tyger!

A couple of updates and reminders:

• Starting June 1st, all Tir Mara submissions will require the fee be paid ($10 CDN per item). The new P.O. Box will be established right before this date, and will be shared when able. Note that forms can always been sent to blue.alaunt at tirmara.eastkingdom.org and/or blue.tyger at eastkingdom.org if you wish to send them digitally; payment must be mailed via check or money order.
• Please ensure all administrative rules are followed before submitting.  https://bth.eastkingdom.org/index.php/before/ goes through most of these; however, some basic points:
  • Ensure you are using v4 version of the forms. 
  • Ensure all name elements and pattern have documentation provided, including photocopies for non-Appendix H sources
  • Ensure that all armory emblazons follow the form's outline and shape. Do not alter or obscure the form's outline or otherwise add elements that do not represent the emblazon. 
  • The East still requires a black-and-white copy of all armory. This is required to be on a copy of the armory form. Sable areas may be colored in, everything else must be line art; grayscale is not sufficient.

Payment for these submissions, with or without forms, should be sent to the new Canadian P.O. Box:

This will be updated on the BTH website shortly.

Please do NOT use the old P.O. Box as submissions sent there will not be picked up. Note that if you do not wish to print the forms, you can always send the pdf or jpg to blue.alaunt at tirmara.eastkingdom.org and/or blue.tyger at eastkingdom.org. However, if you choose to submit the forms via email, we will need some way to associate your check or money order to your submission; please note in the memo or on a separate sheet of paper accordingly when mailed.

If you have previously mailed your submission to the old P.O. Box and have not received any notification of acceptance, movement, or registration, please email blue.tyger at eastkingdom.org with the Society Name, item(s) submitted, and when it was sent, and we will investigate.
