outreach for new board members

Hi all,

As Simon raised in the meeting today, it is a job for all of us to help identify and recruit new potential board members. So:

Action item: think up at least 2 members of the community whom to invite to apply for a board seat. Email them. And then email Jose saying that you have done so. Or, decide actively that you have no names to suggest / do not wish to do this, and email that information to Jose. The idea is that we should all now have a task to perform, even if the task is actively declining to recruit.
