Schedule change for Board meeting

Hi all,

After the recent surveys, it looks like the best solution is to stay on Thursdays, but to shift a week. Accordingly, this is the new schedule:

This week, May 18   (without David, who has a holiday; this is as planned)

**Next week, May 25**   <-- This is new and unexpected

no meeting on June 8  <-- This is unexpected

June 22    <-- this is part of the new schedule

I will update the Google calendar item shortly.

Rationale: The week of June 8 is the GHC developers workshop that David is planning at Zurihac. He, along with a few others of our crew, will be there. So I've decided to cancel the meeting. However, I didn't want to go too long without a meeting with David present, so I've decided to start our new schedule next week.

As a reminder, attending at meetings is required, as per our agreed policy. But if you can't make one, please just let me know and you're excused! I've let maintenance of this policy slip and will try to do better. But please help by emailing if you're going to miss a meeting. Thanks!
