Hi all,

We have our regular board meeting this Thursday. The agenda is posted in the usual spot. There is advanced reading this time around (only a few pages); it is linked from the agenda.

See you Thursday!
Richard

I had a couple of things I'd like to talk about related to our funding discussions from last time:
  1. I had some thoughts about our approach to sponsorship from IOG (or more broadly the Cardano ecosystem). I could probably just discuss those with Jose for now, though.
  2. I had a thought about other benefits we could offer to larger sponsors, specifically: board seats. I was reading through the Linux Foundation's membership tiers and saw that they offer this! Probably controversial, so worth discussing in person perhaps.
Should I add one/both of these to the agenda myself, or what's the process?

I suggest you add your own agenda items. The chair and secretary can
then allocate them time slots as appropriate.

Hi Michael.

I think the first point seems like it doesn't need a board discussion, and you could indeed just talk to Jose directly.

The second one is probably good to discuss in a board meeting, but I think it's the chair's decision whether there's room for it today or not.

Best,
Andres
