Action required: new meeting time

Hi all,

tl;dr: fill in your times at https://www.when2meet.com/?19894408-BlbUb for a biweekly recurring meeting.

First off, welcome to our new board members, Hazel, Josh, Emily, and Andres! I have gotten all of them on our lists and in Slack now.

Unfortunately, our two years of luck around meeting time has come to an end: one of our new members cannot make the current timeslot. I have thus created a poll at https://www.when2meet.com/?19894408-BlbUb to collect available times from everyone. The poll uses dates May 15 - May 19, but please interpret it to mean a recurring meeting happening every two weeks. 

Please be generous in marking times available. My "available" times include several group meetings with 6-8 colleagues... but my guess is that they'd be easier to reschedule than the HF board meeting, and so I marked the times as available.

This will not change next week's meeting, which is coming up too soon to reschedule. But I will be hounding anyone who hasn't responded by then!
